I have had my bike now for about 6 months. I like it very much! I have two other e bikes and three standard pedal bikes. This is definitely my favorite. Looks great, handles great and very comfortable. I drive it on bike paths, dirt trails, you name it, it can handle it. The charge also lasts a long time. Customer service is very good as well. Thanks!

Rattan Quercus Step Thru Fat Tire Electric Cargo Bike

This is my first pedal assist and fat tire bike, at first was a little skeptical with the weight but I've now put 20 miles on the bike and I'm very pleased you would not think this bike weighed 80 something pounds when pedaling, the front forks feel very cush rear shock is good. I've hit 30 mph on flat ground pedal assist, and was blown away going up a steep hill how easy it was to not go below 18 mph lightly pedaling, it's gone above my expectations would deffinately buy again.

Rattan Sequoia Step Thru Fat Tire Electric Mountain Bike

I went with the mid drive motor and I’m glad I did. The extra power you get from being able to shift the gears motor is incredible. Low gear for steep hills and situations high torque is needed. Or gear 8 for high top speed. Having so much fun on this bike. The efficiency you get from this geared mount motor is way better than my lower power mountain e-bike. Love this bike!

I so love this bike

I so love this bike. Perfect for the hilly streets of Seattle. Love the adjustability of the handlebars for my riding style. If anything, I would like peddle assist 1 to be half the assist for a slightly better workout on flats. Wish the battery compartment opened under the bike, allowing room for water bottle mounting screws on top.
Overall, however, I'm very happy with the bike.

Rattan LM 750 Pro Folding Fat Tire Electric Bike

Was skeptical of ebikes at first, not anymore.

I was so skeptical of ebikes at first. The main questions I had was will the bike actually accelerate quickly when you engage the throttle and does it really have very much power. The answers are yes and yes. The bike turned out to be everything I had hoped for, maybe a little more. At first I thought ebikes were a little dorky, until I saw someone flying uphill going about 25mph without pedaling. I have a blast on my Rattan. This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. I also bought an Abus lock that fits perfectly in the battery cage without interfering with the suspension.
