Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help selecting the right e-bike, give us a call or chat with us during business hours and we'll guide you through it.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, and Affirm financing. See our Payment Policy for full details.

Do you offer financing? Yes. We offer flexible financing through Affirm. You can select Affirm at checkout to see your payment options. See our Financing page for more details.

Can I use a coupon code? Yes. Use code WELCOME20 at checkout to get $20 off your first order. Visit our Coupons & Discounts page for more deals.

When will my card be charged? Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. Prior to shipment, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to reserve the funds, but no actual charge is processed until your order ships.

Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after placing your order. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 business days for shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally? We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), PO Boxes, or international destinations.

If you live outside our standard shipping zones, you can email us at sales@electricbikesparadise.com to request a custom shipping quote. We'll check with our supplier to see if delivery is possible.

Will my e-bike be delivered inside my home? No — all deliveries are curbside only. Carriers will not bring items into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email within 2–4 business days of placing your order.

What if my package arrives damaged? Take photos of the damage immediately and either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Email us at sales@electricbikesparadise.com within 72 hours of delivery with your photos and order details.

Do you accept backorders? No. If an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we'll notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock. Payment is only captured once your order is ready to ship.

Electric Bikes

What types of electric bikes do you sell? We carry commuter e-bikes, mountain e-bikes, folding e-bikes, fat tire e-bikes, electric trikes, mobility scooters, and e-bike accessories from top brands.

How fast do electric bikes go? Most e-bikes have a top assisted speed of 20–28 mph depending on the class. Class 1 and 2 e-bikes top out at 20 mph, while Class 3 e-bikes can reach up to 28 mph.

How far can I ride on a single charge? Range varies by model, terrain, rider weight, and assist level. Most e-bikes offer a range of 20–60 miles per charge. Check individual product pages for specific range estimates.

How long does it take to charge an e-bike battery? Most e-bike batteries take 3–6 hours to fully charge from empty, depending on the battery capacity and charger.

Do I need a license to ride an electric bike? In most U.S. states, no license is required for Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bikes. However, laws vary by state and locality, so we recommend checking your local regulations before riding.

How much assembly is required? Most e-bikes arrive 95% assembled. Typically you'll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. Basic tools are all that's needed.

Are your e-bikes suitable for seniors? Absolutely. We carry several models specifically designed with seniors in mind, including step-through frames, electric trikes for stability, and mobility scooters. Contact us and we'll help find the right fit.

Warranty and Returns

What warranty comes with my e-bike? All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Most products carry a manufacturer warranty of 1 to 2 years, though specific coverage varies by brand and product. See our Warranty Policy or contact us for brand-specific details.

What is your return policy? Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund. See our full Return Policy for details.

Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. If payment hasn't been captured: no fee. If payment has been captured but the order hasn't shipped: a 5% cancellation fee applies. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

What if I receive the wrong item? Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@electricbikesparadise.com or (888) 433-2731 and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Pricing and Deals

Do you price match? Yes. If you find the same product for less at an authorized online dealer prior to purchase, we'll verify it and match the price. Price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. See our Price Match Policy for details.

Do you offer discounts for veterans or first responders? Yes. We offer special discounts for veterans, active military, and first responders. Email a photo of your valid ID to sales@electricbikesparadise.com and we'll send you a custom coupon.
