Welcome to Electric Bikes Paradise. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Here's everything you need to know about our cancellation policy.
Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order any time before it has been processed and handed off to the carrier for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and our Return Policy will apply.
How Payment Capture Works
Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. Prior to shipment, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to reserve the funds, but no charge is processed until your order ships.
Cancellation Fees
The fee that applies depends on when you cancel:
- Before payment is captured (order not yet shipped): No fee.
- After payment is captured but before the order has shipped: A 5% cancellation fee applies. This fee covers administrative and payment processing costs incurred once payment has been processed.
- After the order has shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible. Our standard 30% restocking fee will apply if you wish to return the item. See our Return Policy for full details.
Backorders
We do not accept backorders. If an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund (no fee) or the option to wait for restock. Payment is only captured once your order is ready to ship.
Refund Process
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days after we process the refund for it to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. The faster you reach out, the more likely we can cancel before your order ships.

Exceptions
- Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy if you'd like to return an item.
- Certain items may have special cancellation terms listed on the product page or as part of a promotional offer.
