Meet the Founder
Electric Bikes Paradise was founded by Trevor Fenner, an e-bike enthusiast who has been riding electric bikes since around 2013.
Trevor was already running an online business selling bicycles when he saw a growing need for a dedicated electric bike retailer — one that offered a wide selection, knowledgeable customer service, and educational resources to help people find the right e-bike for their lifestyle.
In 2019, he launched Electric Bikes Paradise to focus exclusively on electric bikes and the rapidly growing e-mobility category. Today, we remain online-only by design. Operating without a brick-and-mortar storefront allows us to offer our customers competitive factory-direct pricing, faster shipping, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat — all without sacrificing any of the things that made Trevor excited to start this business in the first place.
