🛒 Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help selecting the right e-bike, give us a call or chat with us live and we’ll guide you through it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, and Affirm financing. See our Payment Policy for full details.
Do you offer financing? Yes! We offer flexible financing through Affirm and PayPal Pay Later. You can select your preferred option at checkout. See our Financing Page for more details.

Do you charge sales tax? We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Wyoming. All other orders are tax-free.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after placing your order. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 business days for shipping.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally? Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or internationally.
Will my e-bike be delivered inside my home? No — all deliveries are curbside only. Carriers will not bring items into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 2–4 business days of placing your order.
What if my package arrives damaged? Take photos of the damage immediately and either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Email us at sales@electricbikesparadise.com within 24 hours of delivery with your photos and order details.
🚲 Electric Bikes
What types of electric bikes do you sell? We carry commuter e-bikes, mountain e-bikes, folding e-bikes, fat tire e-bikes, electric trikes, mobility scooters, and e-bike accessories from top brands.
How fast do electric bikes go? Most e-bikes have a top assisted speed of 20–28 mph depending on the class. Class 1 and 2 e-bikes top out at 20 mph, while Class 3 e-bikes can reach up to 28 mph.
How far can I ride on a single charge? Range varies by model, terrain, rider weight, and assist level. Most e-bikes offer a range of 20–60 miles per charge. Check individual product pages for specific range estimates.
How long does it take to charge an e-bike battery? Most e-bike batteries take 3–6 hours to fully charge from empty, depending on the battery capacity and charger.
Do I need a license to ride an electric bike? In most U.S. states, no license is required for Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bikes. However, laws vary by state and locality, so we recommend checking your local regulations before riding.
How much assembly is required? Most e-bikes arrive 95% assembled. Typically you’ll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. Basic tools are all that’s needed.
Are your e-bikes suitable for seniors? Absolutely! We carry several models specifically designed with seniors in mind, including step-through frames, electric trikes for stability, and mobility scooters. Contact us and we’ll help find the right fit.
🔧 Warranty & Returns
What warranty comes with my e-bike? All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand. See our Warranty Policy or contact us for brand-specific details.
What is your return policy? Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. See our Cancellation Policy for full details including any applicable fees.
