The owner, Trevor Fenner, started Electric Bikes Paradise to help those who want to find the perfect electric bike to fit their lifestyle, budget, and riding goals.
In 2013, Trevor was introduced to electric bikes when his father was recovering from a knee injury and needed a way to stay active without putting strain on his joints. Trevor searched online for the perfect e-bike but couldn’t find a store that was easy to shop, had a wide selection, or offered educational articles to help him learn about the different types of electric bikes available.
He decided to start a brand new website called ElectricBikesParadise.com — the one you’re on right now — to help those who want to shop, browse, and learn all in one place.
Today, we stay true to our roots and are online-only. We plan to stay that way in order to offer our customers the lowest possible factory-direct prices, fastest shipping times, and world-class customer service by phone, email, and live chat.
